The brief
PURESEOUL needed a flagship store in a Cardiff shopping centre, with the launch date fixed before we started on site. The shell was stripped back to structure. Everything else, walls, ceilings, services, joinery, shopfront and lighting, was ours to build.
The challenge
Access was limited to set hours outside trading, with neighbouring units open throughout. Deliveries came through a shared service lift, waste went out the same way, and no noisy work was allowed while the centre was open. The programme was planned around those windows from day one.
The result
Bespoke joinery was made off site and installed in sequence, with feature lighting commissioned ahead of stocking. The store was handed over on the date agreed at tender, snag-free at handover, and the client's team merchandised the floor the following morning.
